1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained through the
website www.bioelektra.com, hereinafter referred to as the „Website“.
2. The administrator of personal data obtained through the Website is the company under the
name Bioelektra Group Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (00-498) at Książęca
15 Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the
District Court for the Capital City Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the
National Court Register, under KRS number 0000487889, NIP 7010243989, REGON
142487420, hereinafter referred to as the „Company“.

Purposes, legal basis and types of personal data processed

1. The personal data obtained are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with
regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing
Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection), hereinafter referred to as „GDPR“.
2. The Company uses appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures to protect the
personal data obtained against accidental or intentional processing by third parties, as well as the
loss, destruction or access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
3. The Website allows visitors, hereinafter referred to as „Users“, to contact the Company via the
contact form, hereinafter referred to as „Form“.
4. Contacting the Company via the Form requires the User to provide the following personal
data:
a) name and surname;
b) the place of work or function performed;
c) email address and/or telephone number.
5. In the specified part of the Form, the User formulates a message or question to the Company.
6. Completion and submission of the Form is voluntary and non-binding, in particular the fact of
completing and submitting the Form does not give rise to any obligations on the part of the User
or the Company, including financial ones.
7. The Company processes personal data provided by the User only to contact the User.
8. The User’s personal data are processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. and the GDPR, this is
in connection with the User’s consent to such processing.
9. The User provides his personal data and agrees to their processing on a voluntary basis.
Providing personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement, but it is a prerequisite for
successfully sending the Form to the Company.
10. When using the Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular the IP
address assigned to the User’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, type

11. User’s personal data will be processed until the purpose of their processing stops or until the
User withdraws their consent.

Rights of persons to whom personal data pertain

1. Consent to the processing of personal data provided by the User may be withdrawn at any
time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent
before its withdrawal.
2. The User has the following rights:
a) right of access – the right to request a copy of personal data that has been obtained via the
Website (provision of Article 15 of the GDPR);
b) the right to rectify personal data – the right to correct incorrect or incomplete personal data
(provision of Article 16 of the GDPR);
c) the right to delete personal data – in some cases, the User has the right to request the removal
of their personal data (provision of Article 17 of the GDPR);
d) the right to limit processing – in some cases, the User has the right to limit the extent to which
the Company processes their personal data (provision of Article 18 of the GDPR);
e) the right to transfer – the right to transfer the personal data obtained to a third party (provision
of Article 20 of the GDPR).

User may also send a relevant request to the Company via the Form.
4. If it is found that personal data is processed unlawfully, the User has the right to lodge a
complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
